How do I order?

Submit a quote request to get started on an order. All orders are communicated via email. 

  

 

When will I receive my custom order?

Turnaround time is generally about two-three weeks from when order invoice is paid.

 

 

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

No, we do not have a showroom for clients to visit.

 

 

Can I provide my own shirts?

No, we do not offer printing on customer supplied shirts.

How do I pay for my order?

We will send an invoice via email that can be securely paid via credit/debit card. Payment is due in full to be placed in order que. Orders are not confirmed until invoice is paid. Two-three week turnaround time does not begin until order is paid in full.  

 

  

Do you provide mockups?

Yes, we provide digital mockups with all orders.

 

   

Do you you provide custom artwork/t-shirt designs? 

No, t-shirt designs need to be provided to us. 

 

        

How do I prep artwork files?

Designs should be vector or sized to print at 300 DPI, text converted to outlines. If you're unsure about file types then please send us what you have. Artwork fees may apply if revisions are needed.  

  

  

Can I pickup my order?

No, we do not offer order pickup. We ship all orders via UPS.
