Yes, our minimum order is 12 pieces per design. This applies to re-orders as well because of the intensive setup process required for professional screen printing.
Absolutely. Pricing is tiered, so the more you order, the less you pay per shirt. Major price breaks occur at 50, 100, 250, and 500+ pieces. Use our Instant Pricing Calculator to see current rates.
Yes! You can mix brands, styles (such as t-shirts and hoodies), and garment colors within a single order. The artwork size and placement must remain the same. Ink color changes are $10 per color, per location.
Once an order is finalized and paid, we cannot add additional garments to the run. Any additions require a new order subject to the 12-piece minimum. Reorder pricing is based on the reorder quantity, not the original order size.
We email a secure invoice for credit or debit card payment. Production begins only after the invoice has been paid in full.
We apply a standard 6% sales tax to all orders. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide your certificate when starting your order.
We source premium apparel from top wholesale distributors including SanMar, S&S Activewear, and AS Colour.
Artwork & Garments
We do not create original artwork or provide graphic design services. Customers are responsible for supplying their own designs. We will prepare your files for production and provide a digital mockup for approval before printing. If your artwork requires revisions or needs to be redrawn to meet print specifications, additional art fees will apply.
Send us whatever you have. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) and high-resolution images work best, but we can work with most file types. We'll let you know if we need anything else.
Yes! We provide high-quality digital mockups so you can approve the design placement and colors before we start production.
Yes! We can color match to specific Pantone (PMS) colors. Just provide the Pantone number and we'll mix the ink to match.
We carry premium brands like Bella Canvas, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Gildan, and AS Colour. Through our partnerships with SanMar and S&S Activewear, we have access to thousands of additional styles.
Yes! We print on the front, back, and sleeves with up to 8 colors per location. Fleece and hoodies carry a $1.50 surcharge per print location.
Production & Shipping
Our standard turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from the date the invoice is paid in full. Deadlines are sometimes unavoidable. We accept rush screen printing orders provided our workflow allows for it and we are 100% certain we can meet your date.
Yes! We offer free UPS shipping for all custom screen printing orders delivered within Virginia, including Richmond (The Fan, West End, Short Pump), Norfolk (Ghent, Downtown), and Virginia Beach (Town Center, Oceanfront).
Custom items cannot be returned for sizing issues. For garment or print defects, please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can address the issue.
