There are two ways to start. Design it online: add your sizes to the cart, then pay by card right there or send it to us as a quote. Or start with the catalog: add the styles, colors and sizes you want to a request, upload your artwork and send it. We reply with an invoice, and paying that invoice places the order. All order details are handled over email so everything stays documented and easy to reference.

Yes, our minimum order is 12 pieces per design. You can reach 12 by combining styles, colors and sizes, as long as the same artwork prints on every piece. The minimum applies to re-orders as well because of the setup required for professional screen printing.

Yes. Pricing is tiered, so the more you order, the less you pay per shirt. Price breaks happen at 24, 50, 100, 250, and 500+ pieces. You don't have to order one of those amounts; any quantity from 12 up gets the price for its tier. The catalog shows current rates.

Two parts: what the blank garment costs, plus the printing at your quantity and ink count. Printing runs from $12.00 per piece for a 1-color front at 12 pieces down to $3.50 per piece at 500 or more. Screens and art prep are included in the price, so those two numbers are the whole price. The price reference lists every style at every quantity.

No. Screens are included in the price per shirt.

The listed price covers S through XL. 2XL and 3XL add the blank's own upcharge, which varies by garment and is shown on each style in the catalog. AS Colour is the exception: its 2XL and 3XL cost the same as S through XL. Most styles go larger than 3XL too; just let us know.

Yes. You can mix brands, styles such as t-shirts and hoodies, garment colors and sizes within a single order, and everything counts toward one quantity tier, so mixing doesn't cost you the better price. The artwork size and placement have to stay the same. Ink color changes are $10 per color, per location.

One note on heavily mixed orders: our pricing assumes a reasonably consistent run. When an order is largely one-off pieces (a different style or color on nearly every garment), additional handling charges may apply, since sorting and packing that kind of order takes considerably more time. Some items may also need to be dropshipped to us from the manufacturer, which carries an additional shipping charge. A few styles in one order won't trigger any of this, and anything that does apply is spelled out on your invoice before you pay.

Once an order is finalized and paid, we can't add garments to the run. Any additions require a new order subject to the 12-piece minimum. Reorder pricing is based on the reorder quantity, not the original order size.

We email a secure invoice for credit or debit card payment. If you design online, you can also pay by card right in the designer. Your card is authorized for the total; your bank may show it as pending, and the charge completes once your art is approved. Production begins only after your order is paid in full.

Virginia orders add 6% sales tax. Orders shipping outside Virginia aren't charged Virginia sales tax. Tax-exempt? Let us know and we'll send you the exemption form.

The catalog lists every style we stock, with the printed price on each one. If you want a style that isn't there, send the brand and style number and we'll price it; we also source from SanMar, S&S Activewear, and AS Colour.

We don't create original artwork or provide graphic design services. Customers supply their own designs. We prepare your files for production, including file cleanup, resizing, color separations and converting text to curves, and confirm the ink count and print size with you before printing. If your artwork needs revisions or has to be redrawn to meet print specifications, additional art fees apply.

Send us whatever you have. Upload it with your request; the send form has a file upload built in. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG work best, along with high-resolution images like PNG, but we can work with most file types. We'll let you know if we need anything else.

We look over your artwork before we invoice and let you know if anything needs attention. Digital mockups are provided with all orders, and nothing prints until you approve it.

If you pay by card in the designer, the charge doesn't complete until your art is approved.

We print with plastisol, thinned down so it lays as smooth and as opaque as we can get it. How a finished print feels comes down to the design. A thin line drawing sits light on the shirt, and a large solid block of ink is going to carry more weight.

No. Underbase is included on dark garments and never counts as an ink color.

Yes. Send us the Pantone Solid Coated number, the one ending in C (like 185 C), and we'll mix the ink to match. Textile numbers ending in TCX or TPX (like 19-1664 TCX) are Pantone's fabric-dye system, not ink, so they won't match what we mix.

The Pantone numbers need to be provided for us to color match; we can't match from a photo or a hex value.

The catalog carries Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, Independent Trading Co., American Apparel, Hanes, Champion and more. Through SanMar and S&S Activewear we can get thousands of additional styles, AS Colour included.

Yes. We print on the front, back, and sleeves with up to 8 colors per location. Fleece adds $3.50 to the garment and $1.50 per print location.

60% of the rate for its own ink count at the same quantity. The side with the most colors always bills in full, so a 2-color front with a 1-color back costs the same as a 1-color front with a 2-color back: on a 50-piece order that is $6.75 for the 2-color side plus $5.25 × 0.6 = $3.15 for the 1-color side.

Turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks from the date the invoice is paid in full. If you need your order by a specific date, check with us before you pay so we can confirm we'll hit it.

Yes. We offer free UPS shipping on all custom screen printing orders delivered within Virginia, including Richmond (The Fan, West End, Short Pump), Norfolk (Ghent, Downtown), and Virginia Beach (Town Center, Oceanfront).

Custom items can't be returned for sizing issues. For garment or print defects, let us know within 14 days of delivery so we can take care of it.
