How To Order Custom Screen Printed T-Shirts

Artwork 

Email artwork/logo(s) to orders@rvathreads.com. Designs should be vector (preferred) or sized to print at 300 DPI. If you are creating your graphics in illustrator it is best to convert your text to outlines. If you're unsure about file types then please send us what you have. Artwork fees may apply if revisions are needed.

Screen print pricing is based on the number of print colors in your artwork. The price per shirt increases with the addition of multiple print colors. 

 

Apparel Styles, Colors and Sizes

Add products you would like to order to the cart on our product website (click here to view). *Mix shirt brands/styles/colors/sizes, print size must be the same on all garments.

Submit the shopping cart by entering your email address on the cart page. This step is so we can see the products you would like to order for quoting/invoicing.

We will email an order quote/invoice after receiving the artwork + shopping cart/product list. 

 

Print Layout

We will need to know the layout of how you would like your artwork printed on the apparel. We will provide a digital mockup for your approval. 

 

Payment/Delivery

All orders must be paid in full. We will email an invoice which can be paid via debit/credit card. All orders delivered within Virginia are subject to an additional 6% VA sales tax, unless tax exempt. We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Turnaround time is generally about two-three weeks.  

Garments are ordered from our supplier as soon as soon as payment is completed.  Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment has been made. We suggest ordering extra shirts if you anticipate needing more. Reorders are priced as a new order and will need to meet the minimum order quantity. Reorders will be priced higher if ordering from a lower quantity tier.
